Middle Management Association (MMA) would like to hire a Business Representative. The position purpose is to provide the members of Middle Management Association representation in matters pertaining to: their terms and conditions of employment as outlined in the MMA Labor Agreement; including but not limited to such issues as discipline/discharge; contract interpretation in order to determine whether or not there is a grievance to be pursued; and general assistance with problems and concerns with members’ employment.
