MMA is looking for your stories. If you are a member that will be adversely affected by the telework policy change, we would like to hear from you. If you have not already given us your feedback, we would like to know examples of the impact of this decision to our members.
Some examples of specific questions that can help are:
Do you hold a ‘hard to fill position’?
Do you live outside of the state and/or outside of a bordering county to the state?
Does your agency or team have the space and logistical ability to return to the office?
Answers to these questions are helpful as we gather information moving forward. We always like to hear from our members and appreciate your feedback but for this specific issue, it is our intention to gather this information by Wednesday, April 2.
