Amelia Fink

MMA welcomes Amelia Fink as one of our newest Board members. Amelia has been a state employee for over 6 years and currently works at the Department of Human Services in the Behavioral Health Division, specializing on policy development for substance use disorder services.

She is licensed as a professional clinical counselor as well as an alcohol and drug counselor. Prior to working at the state, she has worked on a Youth Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team and within a residential and outpatient substance use disorder treatment program.

Amelia is looking forward to engaging with MMA in any way possible to support the dedicated supervisors that work for the people of Minnesota.

When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her two very active little boys.

 

Penny Rosenthal

Rosenthal.Penny 11.2022MMA welcomes Penny Rosenthal as one of our newest Board Members. Penny started in October 2022.

Penny has over 26 years of experience in higher education. She currently is the director of Advocacy Services at Riverland Community College.

Penny holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Women’s Studies and a Master’s of Science in Counseling and Student Personnel/College Student Affairs from Minnesota State University, Mankato; and a PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from Iowa State University.

Penny grew up in Austin, MN and is delighted to be closer to family and friends!
