The 2021-2023 Middle Management Association (MMA) contract has been forward to the Legislative Sub-Committee of Employee Relations (SER) for interim approval. The committee will have 30 days to vote on the contract. A vote to approve or no action will result in the contract going into effect. The final approval of the contract will have to be voted on by the legislature this coming session. The legislature comes back into session January 31st 2022.
