Members Approve Tentative Agreement

Middle Management Association supervisors approved the 2021–2023 tentative agreement with the State of Minnesota by 95% of voting members approving the agreement. 76% of the eligible voting members voted on this contract. This is the highest percentage of voters ever in the history of MMA. Thanks to all who voted. The next step will be for the parties to sign the agreement, then the agreement will go to the Legislative Subcommittee on Employee Relations for approval. MMA anticipates this will occur sometime in January. We will update supervisors as information becomes available.
