The position provides representation to MMA members in matters pertaining to their terms and conditions of employment as outlined in the MMA Labor Agreement; including, but not limited to, such issues as discipline; contract interpretation to determine whether there is a grievance to be pursued; and general assistance with issues and concerns with members’ employment.
