Middle Management Association (MMA) is hiring an Administrative Assistant.
This position executes the business functions of the MMA office and is responsible for all general office duties, including but not limited to: maintaining a variety of office records, such as database, mailing lists, and manuals; preparing payroll in QuickBooks and working with accountant to ensure compliance; conducting human resources functions; assisting with and co-chairing various committees; preparing written materials on a variety of subject matters; performing word processing; handling incoming and outgoing mail; answering phones; developing administrative procedures; responding verbally and in writing to inquiries; and filing, copying and maintaining office equipment and supplies.
The candidate must have a level of proficiency in Microsoft based operating systems (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks software; exceptional organizational, verbal, written, proofreading, and research skills; abilities to organize and prioritize work; maintain the confidentiality of private information; work independently with minimal direction; be a positive advocate for MMA; possess excellent human relations skills; proficient at multitasking; and coordinating elections and conference requests.
